April’s Creative Retreat will take place on April 20th at InPower Institute, 4125 Humphrey Street, and will center on 3rd Chakra aka Solar Plexus aka Manipura (in Sanskrit). In summary, 3rd Chakra calls us to reflect on ego, will and esteem as fuel for our endeavors. This month, we welcome Brittany L. Hillto lead out physical activity. Brittany is the creator of Back Trap Yoga, St. Louis’ first Trap yoga experience. Brittany is a Reiki practitioner and 200 hr trauma-informed yoga instructor with a passion for cultivating wellness and building connections. She creates sonically driven practices, centering her classes around musical energy.
